- Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), PayMaya (PayMaya Philippines Inc.), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — solely to process financial transactions

- Game content providers: JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other licensed game developers receive aggregated, non-identifiable gaming data for RNG auditing purposes only

7. International Data Transfers
