Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies, and civil or criminal action as permitted under Philippine law.
All content on the nnn77 Platform — including but not limited to the nnn77 name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nnn77 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) losses resulting from events outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays; (c) the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game content.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the nnn77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
nnn77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
